Marc Karschies is the Founder and Managing Partner of KCA Consultants, an international Management and Service Strategy consultancy firm based in Dubai. He is considered one of the leading experts on Customer Experience (CX) and Organizational Strategy Integration, and Service Quality Management in the MENA region, advising over 100 Government and Private Sector companies over the past 10 years.

Marc’s professional experience spans over 30 years in Senior Management positions in Banking and Consulting (Citibank, Diners Club, and Emirates NBD) in the US, Europe, and the UAE, covering Branch Banking, Operations, IT, Risk Management, and Quality Management. His last roles were that of Operations Director at Citibank International and Diners Club Europe, and Head of Group Service Quality at Emirates NBD.

Marc also held teaching positions as Professor of Operations and IT Management at HULT International Business School, and the MSc Engineering Management and MSc Project Management at Middlesex University Dubai.

Marc holds an Executive MBA from London Business School (Strategy, Brand Management, and Entrepreneurship), a BBA in Banking and Finance from HfB in Frankfurt, and achieved over 14 professional certifications in Customer Experience, Quality, and Project Management. He is also a frequent expert Conference keynote speaker and Award Judge, and is the co-author of 4 books in the Amazon bestselling book series “Customer Experience” and “Remote Working”, member of the CXPA Regional Leadership Board, and the winner of the 2018 ASQ MEA “Quality Professional of the Year” Award in recognition of his contributions and achievements in Quality Management.
